🌼My Motivation🌼
A good way to stay motivated is to list all the reasons YOU’RE doing this. Why YOU want to be thin. So here are mine 😋💛
1. To have people look at me and be jealous of how thin I am.
2. So my boyfriend can pick me up like a feather and not struggle at all.
3. To wear sweaters in the winter, and have them look huge even though they’re the smallest size.
4. When I’m driving and look down I don’t see two huge thunder thighs, instead I’ll see two petite legs that don’t touch.
5. To make the girls who have done be wrong be jealous of me and how thin I am.
6. So I can wear tight tank tops and shorts to the gym without feeling like a whale.
7. So I can eat in front of people without them thinking “no wonder she’s fat”.
8. To look graceful and edgy in ANYTHING I wear. Skinny girls look cute no matter what.
9. So I can wear strapless or dainty shirts without my arms and shoulders looking bulky and fat.
10. So I can have fun and relax at the beach and not have to sit with a towel around my body.
There’s so many more reasons, but those are just a few to motivate myself and maybe anyone else 😋

Started off my morning with a bottle of lemon water and a 20 min jog with my dog☀️🐶
Messed up last night and binged but that’s not stopping me from succeeding today. It’s my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary so we are going out for sushi later. This means I’m gonna keep my calorie intake low for the whole day so I can try to enjoy my meal with him☺️
Gonna kill my workout now 💪🏼

Things take time.
No, If you starve today you will not wake up skinny tomorrow.
No, if you binge today you will not wake up fat tomorrow.
No, if you do 100 sit ups today you will not have nice abs tomorrow.
No, if you go 200 calories over your limit you will not gain 5 lbs by tomorrow.
No, if you burn 500 calories today you will not lose 5 lbs by tomorrow.
Things take time.
Remind yourself everyday why you’re doing this. Binging and restricting will not show results overnight. It will take time, but it will be worth it. It will be hard in the beginning. Having an empty stomach but jeans that fit too tight still is discouraging, but when you feel that way remind yourself - THINGS TAKE TIME! You will not become thin overnight, but with dedication and the right mindset, you will get there.
